1. Program Description

EnterActDFW ("Company," "we," "us") offers an SMS messaging program to provide you with updates, information, and communications related to your real estate consultation, foreclosure prevention options, property equity estimates, and related services.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from EnterActDFWat the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may opt out at any time.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month depending on your interaction with our services. Message frequency may increase during active consultation periods.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to any messages you send or receive. EnterActDFW is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from our program unless you re-opt in.

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
